Bookings addon will add date and time slot based booking capabilities to your regular event ticket sales.
Add calendar time block based bookings for your events with Bookings addon.
Selected booking block data will be neatly integrated with existing event tickets checkout box on event card, checkout page and other ticket information info.
Switch between calendar view or time slot view, which will show easy to select time slots. This will help customers pick time slot quickly without having to navigate the calendar.
Each time block can be customized with a custom price or can be set to use the default event ticket price.
You can set custom block capacity per each time slot which will be updated upon customer purchases of those time blocks.
Booking addon will validate purchases in real-time to avoid multiple purchasing of same block above block capacity.
Build in wordpress admin-side Block manager allows you to easily create, edit and delete time blocks as you desire.
Block manager can be opened easily and quickly as an ajax lightbox.
From the block manager, you can find the attendees for each block easily along with their booking information.
The booking block editor offers the ability to delete all the booking blocks at once.
When checking guests to your event, you will see their booking information in the checking page on QR Code addon.
Generate time blocks using the generator. This allows you to set block duration and cost etc. It is a great way to generate blocks quickly.
Disclosure: Bookings addon is compatible with Tickets and QR Code addon. Booking addon is also compatible with Variations & Options addon. However booking addon is not compatible with repeating events at this moment.
Checkin attendees with QR Code addon with booking block information integrated in checkin page for easy checkin.
